I've only had it a short time but it is very simple to setup and use and does the job I need done.

This is the same router provided by Comcast when you have Comcast phone service along with their internet. With blast internet the fastest wifi speed I was able to get was 65Mbps download and 8Mbps upload speeds. With a hard line ethernet connection I was able to get 204Mbps download and 12Mbps upload speeds. Working great so far with one hard lined computer, hard lined PS3, two smart phones, two tablets, and 2 Chromecast units.

The router is small and does not take up a lot of space, it does a good job and was easy to set up.

Bought that device at Best Buy as I was tired of paying monthly fee to Comcast for nothing at the end. Works as supposed to do so far, so nothing negative to say.

The item performs well so far. No problem. I wish it had come with the necessary backup battery.

Return the one from Comcast and bought this one. Best buy

The product works great. It took several hours on the phone with Comcast before it would function.

We needed this one to work with out Comcast server for tv and cable and phone. It works well.

This item works fine but slower than the Modem and Wireless Router provided by XFINITY. Something about single vs dual band. 2.4 vs 5 etc. But this is was the only item that works with the xfinity tripple(TV,Internet and Phone) play if you don't want to rent a modem from Comcast.

If this system wifi was stronger this wood be one of the best system on the market,and it wood make people respect it for what it could do.

Best purchase ever. This modem does everything that I needed.

we decided to purchase this because while renting a modem and having a 2 year contract we committed to giving Comcast $240 in rental fees so we figured we would save some money and just purchase one. setup is very simple, especially because we already had the one from Comcast hooked up. signal strength is good so far. only bad thing is difficulty getting the network name change to work but that's probably a Comcast issue.

Being only modem option if you need phone service from Comcast, it is on the expensive side.

This is the only modem with router that can be used if you have Comcast home phone service. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to pay Comcast $10 a month to rent theirs!! Easy to set up and works great,

It was easy to install and it works great! I like this item because it has the phone jack that most modems don't have anymore. I had to turn off the router so I could install a different model that had more mbps.

Good for replacing Comcast rental modem. Had difficulty with Comcast Support to get this to work but need patience since they have to update this model at their end when switching. Nothing wrong with this product

I only bought this router because it is the only one that can be used for Comcast internet. It works ok I guess just don't think it's worth the 200 dollar price tag.

I bought this modem for xfinity cable and internet, however it will also accommodate a land line phone. It works great and is identical to the one that xfinity charges $10 a month to use. Excellent product.
