The sales clerk was very pleasant, by greeting me with a welcome to Best Buy. Normally going to a store nowadays no one attempts to make a customer feel welcome. By the clerks interaction between us and my daughter, I felt compelled to return to the store to buy some Christmas gifts. The screen protector was also placed on my phone.

It's a great phone,easy to use especially if you have had a Samsung galaxy phone and want to upgrade to the s25fe.it has all the features that you need and not overloaded with features you wont use often.
