Got this with a new iPad. Not easy to install. Ended up messing it up (more my fault trying for perfection). Got one online much cheaper and easier to install.

I have been using products from this company for years, and for some reason the glass protector i put on my I Pad pro would not stick on the corners. No matter what i did within a few hours after applying it to the glass it would start to get air pockets in the corners of the ipad. I returned the first one in hopes a new one would fix the issue, but nope had the same issue as the first one. I am now going to write the company and see if they will send me a new one because they are expensive and im not going to go out and buy another one just to have it do the same thing.

The packaging says it's easy to apply. Yes easy, but impossible to do it correctly. I could not get rid of the bubbles. ZAGG has a kiosk in my mall and they agree to replace it, the employee expertly applied the protector without any bubbles. I cost me $12 for this service. I complained to ZAGG on line and they gave me credit for this. But I do t need another ZAGG product. BEWARE you will need to pay for this to be applied.

Not too happy with this one didn't want to stick right took two or three times till it finally went on right, I have cheaper ones that stick the first time and work just as good.

Had Best Buy install on my brand new iPad Pro...it was still in shipped covering. Protection glass cracked the first day! Never dropped or hit it on my surface....wondering if there was an issue with the installation...supposed to have a lifetime warranty, but I am still out the installation fee.

I’m not a fan it didn’t set straight I had to buy a new one from amazon to replace it. Not worth the extra money. I could have just gotten a better case.

Found that it was very hard to put on my IPad. Kept getting bubbles under the cover. Eventually replaced it with the original cover that came with it.

Skip the AppleCare plan and get a quality case and this screen protector. Not only is it not even noticeable when on, it's even easier to apply than the plastic/HD shields. Fits perfect with the smart case. I use glass with my phone, my surface, and now my iPad. Those having application issues are likely doing it wrong. Watch an application video or pay someone who knows what their doing with it. It's only 3 simple steps: clean, peel, apply. You may spend more for a glass cover but you'll be happier in the long run without a doubt.

I like the quality of these screen protectors but this one did not fit my Ipad (9.7 inch screen....... so not sure why it doesn't fit???) It's too small.

I put this protector on my iPad but will not buy it again. Protector cracked in jreese st a few weeks and had to be replaced. Too expensive to not last long.

Nothing special here. Second one Ive owned but this time it is not sticking to the edges as well. Has a constant "lift" on each side. Pretty annoying

I did not have success with this product at all. Found it difficult to install and then could not get the bubbles out with the tool that came with it.

I have already had to replace my glass shield three times with in a month on both my iPhone and iPad Air, but as far as my customer service with Best Buy is great!

Excellent screen protector that does the job of protecting your screen from potential damages or scratches!

The screen protector is easy to apply but it doesn't do much protecting. A week after I purchased it I accidentally dropped my iPad and it shattered.

So my girl cleaned the screen and used the lint free cloth supplied and thought all was clean. Applied the glass and then noticed the piece of lint from the cloth. She made it worse when trying to get it off before finally sticking it down. Not 100% happy. If your applying to a new unit right out of the package it may be best to not use the cleaning stuff supplied. It was lint fibers from the microfiber cloth that were left on the screen that are now permenant!

Very thin and cheaply made. That's why it's cheap. Works ok. Had less than a month and it's coming apart at the seams.

Screen cracked with in 2 months. Used by adult, was not abused, just cracked with no explanation.

Had this installed at Best Buy. WIthin weeks I had a crack in the protector on the bottom left corner. A few weeks later there was another crack in the bottom right corner. Never dropped the iPad. Only use it a few times a week. Wondering why the protector is cracking when the iPad is gently used. Can get another one but then would have to pay to have it installed again. Not sure its worth it!

I did not care for this protector. I could not get all the bubbles out of it and when I tried to carefully move the edges, it cracked.
