Overpriced almost usless item .....it’s not shatter proof

Typically, never has an issue with Zagg, however less then a week after purchasing I developed a crack down the middle of the screen protector. I had to remove the cover since it was causing the play/pause to cycle . Hard to justify the higher price now

Returned it, glass too rigid...instructions confusing

Never dropped it, never left the house! Disappoint

Honestly it was a waste of time and my money. I got this glass expensive and it hasn't lasted for a month but has cracked at the edge for no cause, it did not fall from me. Just as I was writing on my iPad Pro. I hate to waste money. Please I want my money back

My screen protector had already been used so I was unable to use it. I was told that I could not exchange it because it was past January 16th. I have never had any issues with you so I am very disappointed in the inability to switch it out

This is the 2nd time I bought this and cracked with no reason. I also had the same experience with the Iphone version. It seems the quality is not the same as it was before. Very disappointed. I'd change the brand.

The protector cracked after 2 weeks of use. It's a hairline crack but it's beginning to spread. Granted there is a lifetime warranty, but I didn't think I would need to use it after 2 weeks!!

I followed the directions exactly, couldn't get the bubbles out, then the shiel broke in the middle as I'm smoothing out the bubbles

This screen protector has cracks in it, not like the one I had on my other iPad. Doesn’t seem to be as thick as the other one. Should have taking it back to store, but didn’t.

Replaced my broken shield with this one. Within 1 hour of install it cracked, then cracked some more the next day. I have an iPad Air and this shield is very thin and not durable at all.

Put on my elderly fathers iPad. He’s gentle as it gets with his iPad and the protector fractured across his screen within 48 hours of applying

My 14 year old daughter has gone through 2 of theses in 3 months. The sides get littles cracks easy and then spread. Glad I reg them online and got replacements.

I ordered this as a gift so did not immediately open the package. Imagine my surprise to find out it was shattered when finally opened. Very disappointed.

This protector was broken within a few weeks. I took back to store and have to go through Zagg. But I don’t want a replacement I want my money back.

The instructions were vague, the product I believe was flawed causing it to break around the home button. It messed up & I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

Let me just say that I have always loved ZAGG products from the moment that I first tried them. I bought a ZAGG Glass for my Samsung Galaxy S5 and new right away I had to get one for my iPad Air. This product is super easy to install. The instructions are easy to understand and very straight forward. Simply line it up with your device and carefully set it down. It literally seals itself to the device. The screen is super clear and even a little bit fingerprint resistant. The clarity of the product is superb. I actually like using my device MORE with this product. To the comment about it breaking easily, let me remind y'all that preventing breakage to your device screen is the point of this product. ZAGG has a lifetime warranty on all of its products. Their replacement request process is very simple to use and there are no questions asked. If the screen breaks, simply call them up and they'll send you a new one at no extra cost (they do charge a little bit for shipping). I highly recommend this product if you can afford it (it is a little bit costly).

Very difficult to apply without bubbles appearing under screen protector. Ended up removing and discarding product.
