Easy to install, however a hairline crack appeared on the top of the protector within 3 days of installing. Will contact company for a refund or replacement since they guarantee it for the life of the phone. Not happy.

Followed directions exactly but still had bubbles. Ended up having to take off and through away. Have had other protectors in the past that were not this difficult. Bought a different brand and applied just fine.

Mine is peeling up and getting dirt underneath the edges. If it weren't for the case I have on my phone, I don't think it would last a week of sliding in my pocket before completely pulling off. 2. Not very durable. After having on for two days I dropped my phone and a rock nicked the screen protector causing a good-sized tear and bubble. I don't know how I can trust this to actually protect my screen. 3. Lastly but most annoying is the ghosting from my handwriting with the Note pen. Everything I write stays permanently embedded in the screen protector. I was told "no orange-peel effect" but this is So much worse! I have to scribble over everything I write just so everyone doesn't read All my notes when my screen is off! I will be returning this product and going back to ghost armor protectors that have Never failed me in many, many years on all my previous Note phones.
