I'm not sure if everyone who had a problem had iPhone 7 plus. The gentleman at Best Buy who helped me with the purchase installed it on my phone at no charge and also reminded me to register it online to get free replacements + shipping. He stated that he would install any future replacements at no cost. I haven't had any problems with the fit.
