Disappointed with ZAGG

When I received my new iPhone 7 plus I immediately purchased this one to protect it. No matter how carefully I applied it, I could not get the edges to seal and they constantly peeled up. Took it back to Best Buy and the geek squad went through two packages before they were able to get one to work. Even that one still has a tiny bubble that they were unable to get out. Overall great customer service from Best Buy for a mediocre product.

Nice HD Glass

I’ve had it exchanged 3 times now and it’s always a quick process. The only surprise was that there was an $8 fee at the ZAGG kiosk location. I still do recommend it because they stand by their guarantee. I happily paid Best Buy $7.99 to install it the first time so it’s kinda like you’re paying the same price to get it replaced and installed.

I have screen protectors on my phones and tablets. Their replacement guarantee is the best of any company. I've had to replace about 6 InvisibleShield's. First thing to do when you get home is register your shield!! After that, it's as easy as logging in to your Zagg account and selecting your repacement - you only pay for shipping. Must have for any device!
