My fiancé also put one on his phone and dropped it on a rock within the first week. I signed us up for the warranties and they replaced it! Can't ask for much better service.

Best Protection Available

And when I trade my phones in every time they remark how pristine my phone is. Having a beat up phone is not acceptable when Best Buy has the products to save all that damage from ever happening.

Average quality, protected screen from cracking

However, the glass protector cracked quite easily! I'm one who rarely drops their phone, and if I do it's not a long fall. I suppose it did the job, but I didn't expect to need a replacement so quickly.

If you are afraid of applying it yourself you can pay best buy about $8 and they will do it. It is raised and doesn't cover the entire screen FYI. It doesn't bother me to see the screen protector but it might bother some.

Always a must have on my phones. Their warranty program is excellent. If buy chance you crack or chip the screen protector you only pay for shipping to get a replacement

Does the Job

Very easy to put on, but I've been putting on our screen protectors for years, so I'm used to it. Would have given it 5 Stars if it covered more of the perimeter of the screen...seems a little small for the screen, wish it covered more of the edge.
