Had good experiences in the past

While they do offer a replacement guarantee, I find that the process is too much hassle and costly (shipping, etc.) to warrant replacing it for some simple cracks that don't really bother me that much. Nevertheless, it did not perform as hoped, but I could simply be unlucky.
