Makes me wonder if someone returned it and they never checked the product before putting it back on the shelf. However I have used these cases in the past and they do help protect your phone. This may have just been bad luck for me.

Cracks easily

However overall it does get the job done because it protects the screen of the phone, it just cracks easily.
