Works great if installed/aligned correctly!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st off, I am using this on the Galaxy S8+ with an Otterbox Defender case. After reading the many poor reviews I was very reluctant to install this on my phone, even after having great luck with ZAGG "film" based protection on other devices. But after reading the many issues with the "glass" series i thought this was a better bet. This is however my 1st "Curved" display, and that seems to be introducing some new issues with proper fit (Alignment) and problems with installation. I will say that the instructions could be better, and there currently isn't any ZAGG hosted installation videos for this product/device. With that said i was able to get this screen protector successfully installed and am quite happy with it after 2 days of use. I will provide these 2 recommendations: 1st, the alignment is CRITICAL to this being "case friendly". And 2nd, I would allow this screen protector to sit on the device for a solid 24 hours before you put a case on it. I would suggest testing out your selected case on the phone 1st, and noting where the edges sit, particularly on the 4 corners. Keep this in mind when aligning the screen protector on the device being sure that the edges of the case do not interfere with the screen protector causing it to pull up. And finally, be PATIENT and wait that 24hrs before putting your case back on. I smoothed out the installed screen protector with the included microfiber cloth several times during the "wait time" to insure it was adhering, particularly on the curved edges and 4 corners. And finally, dont be shy with the solution that activates the glue, apply it liberally all over paying special attention to the corners and the edges. Hope this helps!

Have Geek Squad put it on
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As always the first thing I do when I get a new phone is put a screen protector on it. We have put protectors on 2 S8's and 2 S8+'s. We have Geek Squad put them on since if there is a problem with the installation they will get another one and try again. Had one that had gotten a little scratched when they put it on and they just grabbed another protector and quickly put it on. All 4 went on properly. All bubbles cleared up within 24 hours. The only problem that happened was the next day when I was at work I managed to somehow tear the protector trying to take a picture. (confined location, sharp objects around) I went back to Best Buy thinking I would buy another one and have Geek Squad install (since once you pay them they will reinstall new ones for free) then send off to Zagg since was my fault. Geek Squad was nice and said since was only 24 hours since they installed it they would take care of the warranty so did not cost me a dime or have to deal with Zagg. Have had on for a week now with no problems with peeling or pulling off. I am using an Otterbox Symmetry case. My one recommendation is watch what case you put on. Some have higher sides that could cause problems with causing edges to peel.

Extremely difficult to apply properly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I took a lot of care to follow the instructions provided with this screen protector. It is extremely difficult to align this protector accurately with the phones curved screen. There is no alignment guide to place over the phone during fitting. There is only a minimal amount of adhesive in the provided satchel and no alcohol wipe to clean and prepare screen. Instructions are generic and do not describe fitment to curved edge screen. If you do not get a satisfactory alignment on first placement, you will need to lift it off and adjust. Doing this will allow dust to get under it spoiling the result. I was so dissatisfied with the outcome I returned it to BestBuy and they kindly refunded me. I then upgaded to the ZAGG Invisible Shield Glass and had the BB experts install it. It went on perfectly with no bubbles and I am now happy. So go for the more expensive Glass and not the HD.

Great product if you know what you're doing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have had both the glass and the hd clear by Zagg and by far the hd clear is the better way to go. Not because the glass was bad but because the hd clear is just better. The glass, since its slightly off the screen, gives off a strange kind of hue on the screen. Kind of looks cloudy. And that is with every glass zagg for the S8 and S8+. Zagg knows about the issue with the first versions of the glass and are working on a fix. The hd clear is pretty much the best screen protector for the new galaxy phones with curved edges. Yes application is harder and i wouldn't recommend someone that has never done an hd clear to do these ones(especially with the curved screen). All of the hd clear screen protectors regardless of the phone model or even tablet model do not include the amount of adhesive you need to properly get it to set correctly. If you have a bottle of screen cleaning solution drench the hd clear in that first and if your edges do not stick just use your phone in the shower and press the edges down and i guarantee that it will stick. I put these on everyday and i have yet to have someone come back to return or exchange the hd clear after they used it in the shower or under water after initial application. Don't get mad if you haven't ever put an hd clear on because you probably won't get it the first try.

Average
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The protector I received is different from the instructions. There were no green arrows to show the direction of installation on the screen so installation was difficult and left a ton of bubbles on one side. I will try it for a while and get something else if they drive me too crazy. The edges are a bit sharp also, kind of ruining the feel when you swipe down or up. I could live with that if the installation went better.

Awesome
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to put on and comes out nice. Blends into the phone. Giving the appearance that you don't have a cover on your screen. My husband is very happy to have it on his phone now.

Decent Shield!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this in order to protect my screen from any scratches. The install is the hardest part. After having it installed correctly, it seems as though it provides adequate protection. Since this is a film, obviously it does degrade the display quality a little, but nothing that is too terrible. For the price I think this shield does a decent enough job. Four stars because it could be a bit more clear in bright light. It works just fine with my case and does not cover any of the front sensors.

Best Option for 8s+
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been trying all kinds of glass protectors. For some reason the manufacturers think they can't put glue anywhere but the edges. Which makes no sense. Seems like you could just push any bubbles out but whatever. This is the Best Option as it's the only protector I've found that secures to the whole screen. Pay the extra 7.99 for geek squad to put it on so you get there week guarantee if it starts to come off.

Horrible!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product thinking it would be a great protector for my screen. I was sadly mistaken. I followed the directions just as it said. But for the life of me I could NOT get it to adhere properly. I continued to use the squeegee rubbing all the air bubbles out to just find more air bubbles! I cleaned my screen thoroughly, applied the glue gel over entire surface of protector on the #1 side... slowly lowered onto my phone making sure it was aligned perfectly. Even rubbed over the curved edges to fully stick. Not sure what I did wrong besides buy this product. The safest bet if you want to try this screen protector is have Geek Squad install it... At least then if they mess it up you should get another one or your money back on the spot. DO NOT TRY THIS ON YOUR OWN!

Worked ok for me, but read my review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my wife's phone. Her previous screen protector (from Verizon) peeled off. I decided to pay Best Buy $8 to install the screen protector. The guy took his time and did a very good job. We waited 24 hours to attached her phone case. So far, no issues. I've installed phone screens before, but for $8 I figured it would be a safe bet. Here are some tips if you install this screen protector yourself. Turn off your phone. Practice lining up the protector BEFORE wetting it down. Clean your hands and phone. Be sure to get the screen protector very wet and make sure you cover the edges very well. Lay the wet protector on the phone and squeegee out the residue from center to edge. Keep doing this until all the water is removed. Pay special attention to the edges. Every couple of minutes, use your fingers and rub down the edges. Make sure the edges are staying down. Give the phone at least 24 hours to set then you can put on your phone case. If you don't want to do this, then just pay Best Buy to do it for you. At least if he messes it up he'll redo it.

Bubbles & Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly can only review this as average, because I followed the instructions and still messed up. I would recommend, even if you think you know what you're doing, have someone else put this screen protector on. Unfortunately, I tend to double check things, and I lifted up the protector once it was sort of applied, because there was WAY too many bubbles, and some dust or something got on the adhesive part, so it was ruined. I'm going to go without a screen protector for a few weeks, and see what happens... If Otterbox doesn't include screen protectors with their cases anymore, there has to be a really good reason for it, imo. I usually recommend screen protectors, but this one had too many bubbles when it was applied, and it threw me off, causing it to be ruined.

Working good so far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After experiencing failure of the glass type protector I began searching for something different. I read through the reviews here and decided I'd try this product with the store putting it on for me. So far it's working. The screen clarity is great. I will put my case back on after the recommended 24 hours. Fingers crossed it stays on. The store did an excellent job installing the protector.

Not too great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had the protector less than a month on my S9+. Fit's great and is very clear however a very light drop of the phone with a case and the protector on, the top two corners ofthe screen cracked. I guess myfeeling was that if I was spending nearly $100 to protect my phone then it would've worked better than that. Now I have to figure out how to come up with $350 to get the screen fixed. Quite a disappointment to say the least.

Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The price alone should have deterred me from this product. There's more bubbles than my dish soap is capable of producing! I'm not talking "Micro Bubbles" either. Hard to believe Invisishield puts their name on this. Id expect this to come inside a bag of Circus Peanuts. Unbelievable...

its ok. I expected better it from zagg
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought Galaxy S9+ and the first thing i got it was a screen protector. The guy asked me glass or prastic. I choosed a plastic because it was cheaper but i dont know if it is the plastic but this thing leaves fingerprints all over and it feels little weird in the touch. By the way didnt know it comes only with one protector, i remember when i got for my old S5 (it was way better but dont remember if it was plastic or glass) it was coming with 2 or 3 protecoters in the pack. PS. the guy who put it on, did a great job but he forget to put the cloth back to the pack.

Poor Shield
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The shield looks good on, however there is only adhesive on the edges leaving space between the screen and shield which detracts from the sensitivity and strength of the screen protection. If you don't increase the sensitivity on the phone to accommodate the protector, you have to press hard or pound on the screen to register your input on the phone. Once I turned up the touch sensitivity on the phone, then it wanted to capture anytime I got close to the phone without touching it, adding extra characters & etc.. Then less than two months after having it, one day I put it in my coat pocket, when I took it out it had a crack in it at the bottom extending up the right side of the screen. All I did was put my car key in the same pocket. Just called customer service for a replacement and it is going to cost me 9.99 to ship it and 4 days before they can ship it and 7 - 10 days to receive it. I could have spent $10 more and bought a different and probably better brand.

Dont Waste your time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to follow instructions, inferior product. After reading further reviews sounds like Zagg and others have problems with edge screen adhesion. Wouldn't stick to the side the first time around; instructions say to let sit 3-5 mins before trying again; still did not work.

Absolute garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first review of any product ever. I have had good luck with their products before but this is the worst product I've ever attempted to put on a screen. I paid $25 for it and it never sealed right from the second I put it on. Can't use it , took it off a few days later because it didn't protect anything.

Unusable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had Zagg products for all of my Galaxy phones for years and figured it would work fine. I bought this before the phone launched so there were not yet any reviews. Like others, I followed all of the instructions and in the end, the part of the product that is actually the screen protector, didn't even remain on the proper "side" of the kit after peeling away the 1111 tab. I've now just wasted $25 as it is completely unusable at this point. I will look for a different type of screen protector.
