I am so very disappointed that I wasted so much money. The cover with the numbers could not be removed properly. I had to throw my screen cover in the garbage. It should not be so difficult to remove from the packaging. Others suggested having a person from Best Buy apply the cover. That probably would have worked. This product should not be sold online if it's application requires a professional. I should have just thrown my $20 directly into the garbage.

I've used Zagg Glass on my Galaxy phones for years but this is a flawed product. Mine was installed at the store and looked great but did not work well on my Galaxy S8. The touch screen became the press hard screen and the edge had no touch at all. I returned the device to the store and the glass popped off as the tech removed it from the box. They told me there were a lot of complaints with this version of the glass and gave me a refund

I have the galaxy 9+ and have had to have this protector put on twice already because it peels off after less than one day of use.

Feels gummy and sticky to the touch, scratches INCREDIBLY easily, and is too short for the phone. Swiping up from the bottom or down from the top you will catch the edge of the protector every single time. Also didn't stay down on the left side of my screen. Ended up purchasing the official samaung screen protectors for about a quarter of the cost and it couldn't be more perfect.

This does not fit and stay on correctly. I would not buy this until they resolve and get a correct fit. Best Buy gave me no hassle at all on the return and tried to help me the best they could. It is very hard to find a good screen protector for this phone.

This is my second screen protector since I got the phone the day it came out. It took the guys who put it on the second time 3 screen protectors before it finally stuck to the phone. After 2 days the corners already started to peel off. The company needs to make a better protector made out of different material and one that is easier to put on.

Box says it is compatible with the S9+. Doesn't not work well at all.

The first one I bought wouldn't stick to the curved sides of the screen. One day after I installed it, it was pulling up. I got a replacement through their warranty department, which cost me an additional $6 and took about a week to arrive. It's sticking better, but still isn't great.

Just picked this up today, what a mess. Texture is sticky and makes it hard to even type on the screen. Not to mention, I paid Geek Squad to put it on and there's many imperfections and a few pieces of dust. Unacceptable. I'll probably peel it off and ask for a full refund.

Even with a defender otter box, the shield doesn't wrap properly. Flicking the side of the screen to access the side menu picks up the shield. Tore it off after a few minutes. Very disappointed in Zagg. Usually their products are top notch.

Screen protector started to peel off the edges in a day or two after it was professionally installed by a best buy team member. I wish there was a better plastic screen protector out there for the S8 in which they all seem to fail.

When 2 Best Buy employees can’t apply properly, there’s your sign. We got a free up(down)grade to the glass which is not better. The glass sits up off the screen enough messing with the touch sensitivity. Keep pressing....

Terrible screen protector. Specifically asked the guy if it made it harder to use the screen. He said no. Bought it and installed by geek squad. I had to mash the screen to even get it to type one letter!

Purchased and installed by best buy back in June when I bought the phone new. Literally dropped my phone off my couch and my screen cracked in two different places.

Followed instructions and product was full of bubbles no matter what I did . Horrible streaks left on the film. do not buy. money down the drain

This is the worse screen protector ever I think it's too smooth fingers slip off it doesn't read finger touch all the time. Brand new NOTE 8.

Left bubbles. When I used the squeegy that came with it the shield got scratched up. I would not buy this again. 25 bucks wasted.

The product is almost impossible to align correctly. It comes with a little tool to help you but it seems to the exact opposite.

NO buy this product because when you try use de case the protection leave the smartfone screen.
