If you're looking for a super thin minimalistic phone cover, then keep looking - this ain't it. If you're okay with a slightly thicker case in order to get really great protection and you want a lot of great features including a crystal clear back to let your iPhone color shine through, then this is the case for you. Generally speaking, I prefer a super thin case on my iPhone since I have Apple Care+ and the 17 Pro Max is already a big phone for small hands, but occasionally in certain situations, I'll want to use a case that provides better protection. The ZAGG Santa Cruz Snap with Kickstand case is perfect for those times. It provides excellent protection - I'm not intentionally dropping my phone on pavement to test it, but I'm confident it would protect my phone through many accidentals. It is fairly thick - not overly so - but thick enough to offer good protection. Button covers are great in that they protect without getting in the way. I can still easily press the buttons but the case doesn't cause unintentional pressing. The lip on the front screen is plenty enough to keep it from getting damaged - same for the bezel around the camera lenses. And the sides have a nice textured grip that feels great in the hand and makes you a lot less likely to drop it in the first place. Aside from all the great assets to keep your phone safe, this case also has all the functional features I want: Super strong MagSafe magnet so that I can use all my MagSafe accessories with the case on; a sleek built in kickstand that allows me to stand my phone vertically or horizontally; and a crystal clear back that let's my shiny orange 17 Pro Max show through. (I've been waiting for years for Apple to release an orange phone - the last thing I want to do is cover it up.) Other things to know... I love the MagSafe Ring being black rather than white. I think black blends better with my Orange phone. The sides of the case are NOT clear - they are a translucent black, but I like the way it looks. All ports, speakers, buttons are easily accessible and work great with the cover on. Overall, an excellent case from ZAGG for anyone looking for a high quality case that offers good drop protection and some great features.

Honestly a great case, already dropped my phone a couple times and not a scratch on it. I’ve dropped it on asphalt multiple times now too.

I bought this case a week after the 17 was released. About 2 months later, the kickstand snapped off. Either unlucky to buy the one defected product, or the kickstand breaks too easily. I will not be using a Zagg case again.

I’m pretty picky about phone cases, and this one checks every box. It feels solid and protective without adding bulk, the MagSafe connection is strong, and the kickstand is surprisingly useful (I use it way more than I thought I would). The fit is perfect, the buttons are responsive, and it just feels well-built. Easily one of the best cases I’ve owned - I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

Great Case, very protective. The added grip on the sides makes the phone easier to hold, and the built in kickstand is just outstanding!

Great protection. Like the side textured grip areas. Makes the phone slightly heavier, but I also use a popsocket, to help. Good combo color with cosmetic orange with the black trim of this case.

Personally i think it’s good. The kickstands retention is pretty strong and the MagSafe works well. My only gripe is the material grabs fingerprints too easily and surface scratches are very apparent on it. However it does keep the camera module safe.

Good quality case. Excellent fit to the phone. Easily charges with mag safe charger.

Overall good case, it is quite bulky compared to some but offers great protection. The built in kick stand is nice. Still fits in the pocket well, and easy to take out.

Amazing case. I has been prtecting my phone when i dropped it and doesnt even have a scratch on it. Its a little on the heavy side but worth it in the end. I would recommend this case to anyone.

Best case I've bought in a long time. It's more of a rubber feel instead of the usual cheap plastic. Actually feels like it will protect my phone.

Amazing quality and takes a drop nicely keeps a good amount. Of dust out with out being completely sealed which is nice for doing HAVC and having in my pocket thru some rough jobs. All in all I’d recommend it for sure.

Love the case I like that it has a stand. It’s a very sturdy. It’s a good durable case and I would highly recommend it to anybody to buy it if they have a 17 Pro Max.

This is the best phone case I've had in a while. I quickly got over the bulk of it. It looks good and nice deisgn.
