Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the Zen Pro Switch Controller NS09, and overall, my experience has been a mix of positives and negatives. What I Liked: 1) Build Quality: The controller feels moderately heavy, which adds a sense of sturdiness and durability. It doesn’t feel like a flimsy piece of plastic, which is a big plus for long gaming sessions. 2) Battery Life: The battery life is impressive. It lasts for a long time, so I don't have to worry about recharging it frequently during my gaming marathons. This is particularly useful for extended play without interruptions. 3) Vibration Feature: The option for vibration adds an immersive element to the gaming experience. It’s a nice touch for games that support haptic feedback. What I Disliked: 1) Compatibility Issues: Unfortunately, my computer does not register this device, so I can't install the latest firmware. This is a significant drawback as I can’t benefit from potential updates or bug fixes that might improve the controller's performance. 2) Vibration Intensity: While the vibration feature is nice, it can be a bit too much at times. It would be great if there were adjustable settings to customize the intensity according to personal preference. 3) Button Visibility: The buttons are difficult to see, making it hard to distinguish which letter each button represents. This can be frustrating, especially in games that require quick reflexes and precise button presses. Overall, the Zen Pro Switch Controller NS09 has its strengths in terms of build quality and battery life. However, the compatibility issues and minor design flaws in the vibration and button visibility areas might be a deal-breaker for some. I hope future updates can address these concerns.

A def must buy. I love this controller. I have it paired with my laptop, tv, switch and smart monitor.. I don't need to have a separate controller for any of my stuff unless I have a plus one... so I am getting a second controller. I am super happy with this purchase. The battery life is amazing. I don't game like crazy but this battery life is def better than others. My only con is that I can't upgrade the firmware on my controller and the vibration can sometimes be a bit too much.. maybe that was fixed in a firmware update but I can't know since I can't update the firmware.. overall though, I highly recommend this controller.

Great controller for great price. On par with Pro. Lacks HD but has decent rumble. Can pair with other things as well. Reccommend this over any Power A controllers.

Purchased this as a gift. After over a year of use the controller works great and battery life is great and no stick drift.

I really like this controller it dies every thing a pro controller does and works with Switch PC wired and wireless. And lets you program up to 10 minutes of button press for macros. My only nit pick was it took a little while to get used to the d-pas for fighting games as my hands are little bigger. But i was able to adjust quickly and against some high level Street Fighter 6 players in the fly. The build quality is excellent. It's comfort is in the same level as Microsofts controller. Oh and it came with a really nice flat charging cable. It also has driftless analogs. And it will power on your switch which most other cotrollers will not.

At first it was tricky connecting it to my PC, but so is every universal wireless controller. The controller linked up to my PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox. Grip is great. Buttons are smooth. And the color is cool. ... excellent controller.

I don't have any issues with the official pro controller, but I like this controller more. The triggers are nicer and the joysticks are magnetic, so they shouldn't drift. It's too early to comment too much on longevity, but I have high hopes.

I used to buy the cheap PowerA brand and apply a warranty cause I knew the controller would not last much due to stick drift syndrome. Buw now, this new controller, which is not cheap, is Stick Drift Proof... nough said for me. Bought it, and been happy gaming ever since.

Works great! No complaints I use it for everything

Controller works great. Feels well made without being heavy. Using with Nintendo Switch

Love best buy always a help and trying to get me best deals

Definitely an improvement on response time and charge time. Has a nice nonslip finish with sensitivity control. Color is nice and stands out in a good way.

[Employee of bestbuy] Honestly i love it. Love the hall effect sticks, love the triggers, love the customizeability of it. Only complaint is that the rumble only has 1 intensity. Which means that in certain games, where the feedback is subtle when doing some commands (like when playing splatoon, when you swim forward, theres a subtle rumble with a pro controller), the feedback is significantly more intense, and out of place. This is easily solved by just switching the vibration off when it becomes problematic. Honestly a great value for the quality of controller.

I have used this controller everyday for months and months. It works every bit as well today as the day I bought it. It is responsive and flexible. It never sticks. It connects with each stroke and it is a true gold color not a mustard yellow. Very pretty.

for it being almost 20-30$ cheaper than the actual switch pro controller, I've found it to be better in most ways; The magnetic joysticks feel amazing and very responsive, the triggers have a good weight to them, and the click on the bumpers is satisfying. the face buttons can be a little sticky, but not something some minor lubrication won't fix. The Gyro controls work fairly well, but I will say, this is the one place where it falls short of the pro controller--the gyro inputs feel less stable(still good! maybe a bit too sensitive) and the haptic feedback motors cause considerable shaking that can further affect this. However!!! the ability to modify all inputs, sensitivity, and even the strength of the haptic motor helps to mitigate most of this. It's honestly my first choice for a good and versatile pro controller, especially for the price; I wish I could use it for every other console i own.

I recently bought this item for myself and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. It was easy to connect to my current switch console and works really well for a controller. I don’t necessarily like the joycons as the controller but this item is very similar to other console controllers and very easy to use. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes a more console similar controller option.

Really cool that 3rd party hardware has met and now surpassed the standards of the original console controllers. This controller not only looks great but performs better than the Switch Pro remote. I haven't used it much but the only moderate negative I could find is that the sticks aren't very stick and I do wonder how they will fare long term. Other than that I would highly recommend this product

While there are better possible choices for more money if you want a budget one get this one you can connect it to any device very comfortable especially if you like xbox controllers and since its cheap you can get multiple without dropping 80 dollars on each controller

My family love using this gaming controller! It charges quickly, has not lost connectivity, and it's easy and comfortable to use. I am glad my family found it, as we can play on our tablet.

Very nice and clean design, owning both the 3s and the 3 they are both identical in quality. The meta 3 has noticable improved screen not thelat the 3s is bad because its not, i think the difference comes from the fresnel lenses vs actual lenses. The gameplay is nice my only complaint is battery life but this can easily be solved with extended battery sources. Its worth the purchase for someone that even games alittle and just wants to watch movies as well.
