Really wanted to like this but it was much heavier than expected for being a smaller gimbal.

This gimbal has a great size and a quality build, It would be perfect if it would work all of the time. After downloading updates and calibrating many times this gimbal crashes and and fails when you are trying to use it.

I love this product when I have the patience to set it up , lol !! Im a realtor so its perfect when I'm hosting an open house and go live on Facebook and Instagram I love that the way it glides without rocky movement outcome is very professional !!!

I am using it for virtual tours. I have to get use to not walking as hard and the functions button, but this is a great addition to my electronics for work. My only issue is that there is not a lot of instruction but you can search very informative videos online.

Mine came broken.. Literally, couldn't even hold the camera still, for it to completely fall on me. Like a toddler, when it's barely born. Like his head is very fragile, that is how it felt like when, I bought this stabilizer.

A little hard to use maybe because I’m a first time user.

This product is not strong enough to hold my iphone X with case. It keeps dropping down and it hards to use.

The design of the gimbal is totally top notch, it surely has the feel of quality in my hand. For the life of my I just couldn't get the object tracking feature to work with my Samsung Note 10+ so back to the store it went.

I have a Smooth Q stabilizer and needed a second one. This stabilizer is more flexible and will better accommodate a cell phone with the earphone jack at the bottom.

Solid piece of equipment that should be a part of every videographer’s tool kit. Works really well with a wide range of options for different video or photo shoot needs.

Good product and works as expected. Missing a few features from more expensive options but does what I need.

Good quality, long lasting battery, and works great. Their native app isn’t amazing but works fine, which you don’t have to use anyway.

It works with my ultra wide angle phone, and the softer update works perfectly for it

Great gimbal, got it as a gif and the person is still amaze by how well it stabilize the image.

Horrible product because battery will die in less than a year. Bought this product a few times, including gifts for others. All of us have experienced that the battery is completely dead. I would highly recommend avoiding this purchase.
