Poor quality - black stainless 36” range hood

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took 10 months to finally get the range hood this is after multiple times calling & live chats To Best Buy & Zline. Now when we are installing it, it is not made for an 8 foot ceiling, only 10 foot. After talking to Zline they have no solution for an 8 foor ceiling. The only chimney for 8 foot ceilings is in stainless steel. VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE. We have the stove that matches the hood but because we had to wait so long for the hood to come in we can’t return the gas range
