    Works great. Tried different settings and they all cooked the rice the way its supposed to. It also works quicker than older rice cookers

    Like other reviewers I totally agree. I like the fact that it does not burn the rice if I decided to leave at a warm mode for a long time. Pricey but worthy!!! Love it.

    I’ll give it 5 stars for making real great sushi/japanese rice. However, I’m giving it 2 stars because of the anxiety it gives me every time I leave the rice overnight in the cooker as it keeps attracting earwigs.

    I actually sent item back. I though for the price it would be simple but it really wasn't. I have a Tiger brand right now and it's a no brainer! It also steams and this one does not.

    Have only had this for a little over 1 month and it won’t power on anymore. Used it maybe 3 times… very disappointed at the moment.

    I tried to make brown rice with this rice cooker, and the rice came out very sloppy, I correctly adjusted everything to specifically make brown rice, and it came out awful.

    This rice cooker makes perfect rice every time regardless of the type of rice you are cooking. It does not have a very big foot print on your counter top. Also very easy to clean after each use. Highly recommend!
