Bought this for my brother and sister-in-law as a house warming gift. Because it been proven how phenomenal this rice cooker is. Having one myself this particular model lasted me for a very long time.

This is a good product, but not so impressive considering the price. The rice taste is just better than the one I have before ($40).

It was easy to use and the rice came out great, but it stopped working after just a handful of uses.

Like other reviewers I totally agree. I like the fact that it does not burn the rice if I decided to leave at a warm mode for a long time. Pricey but worthy!!! Love it.

I actually sent item back. I though for the price it would be simple but it really wasn't. I have a Tiger brand right now and it's a no brainer! It also steams and this one does not.

Have only had this for a little over 1 month and it won’t power on anymore. Used it maybe 3 times… very disappointed at the moment.

I tried to make brown rice with this rice cooker, and the rice came out very sloppy, I correctly adjusted everything to specifically make brown rice, and it came out awful.

This rice cooker makes perfect rice every time regardless of the type of rice you are cooking. It does not have a very big foot print on your counter top. Also very easy to clean after each use. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use with different settings for different types of rice/style. The unit is easy to clean.

Just what I want. Only complain I cant adjust the clock. Followed the instructions but, didnt work.
