Easy setup, works great.

It was super easy to setup, both in terms of hardware and software. Once setup, it works flawlessly. Got it because it integrates wireless with wired connection in one device and provides faster speeds than the internet provider, i.e. leaves room to grow.

Multiple simultaneous users have no problems. My only beef is with the online ordering. My husband ordered it and paid for it online for me and when I went in to get it they wouldn't let me have it. They said I wasn't him so I couldn't pick it up even though I showed them my credit card which is identical to his number and all. So to take it with me I had to cancel the first order then pay for it again. Same unit! Really efficient!!!!! Great unit though.

Just Works Great

Not so with cable modems. It's your type of use and type of service you have. For me it was simple, my cable modem went out and there was not a lot of room in the budget . What I wanted was to Max out my cable speed and simply have have as good as or better than I had before. This Modem was easy to setup and adjust "even with a Magic-Jack". I'm am Very Happy with this Modem ! It's very quick in all operations and is more than Double the Connect Speed and thru-Put of my old system, it easily Maxes out my Cable account speed. I'm really pleased with this Purchase ..

Would be five stars but the range is to be desired. It is in a left side first floor room of my 2300 Sq ft house and I only get two bars of signal in right side second floor room.
