The router is placed in my living room and does an excellent virtually always. There are a few moments where the router slows down in the further corners away from it but a lot of that can be placed on our ISP. For those who live in a large home, this router may cause a few moments of frustration on slow connections but in a smaller place or if your devices are near the router it will do great.

I purchased this router to lower my Cable bill. I have replaced the cable company router and now are saving $10 per month sothis router will pay for itself in no time.

Have had no troubles so far and it has been over a month now.

I like the product it was easy to set up. No complaints yet.

This is a solid alternative to leasing a stupid modem from Time Warner, now Spectrum (who falls for that, anyway?). The only issue is that once in a while, the wi-fi get 'wonky' where devices start getting slow connections or going offline or having trouble connecting so I have to turn this off then back on... then it's fine. Other than that, the speed is great and it's cheap.

Zoom works great. The price is right for all families budget.

I found this on sale at local Best Buy and was glad to purchase it and no longer rent a modem from our internet provider. So far so good. Setup was easy and straightforward. I've only had to power cycle the modem one time over the past few weeks, but I tend to blame our sketchy internet provider for not always keeping the signal going. Wifi works well and is reliable also.

I picked this unit as my first choice to replace my Comcast supplied modem/router. It has more features than any other in the price range. BUT It was easy to install all of my equipment and everything worked well EXCEPT we (Comcast and I) could not get the unit to connect to the internet! I called the ZOOM tech line and they told me Comcast had some kind of problem. They (ZOOM) said that the problem was supposed to be fixed and they would look into it, but couldn't give any time frame. I contacted Comcast and they gave the same kind of answer. I don't know what the problem was but I couldn't wait for them to fix it. I returned the unit for a different brand modem/router and it is working well. This unit may work well with other servers but I had no luck. I can't recommend this unit to Comcast users but may work well with others.

I bought this for time warner cable internet. It comes with builtin wifi so able to connect all wireless device in house. Works perfect.
