This modem works perfectly to replace the rental modem offered by the providers. Remember to speak with their billing department to register the model and serial number so they activate it properly.

I was very disappointed with this Modem/Router. It kept crashing and the only way I could get it up and working again was to reboot my PC. I returned it after a week and bought a Netgear Modem/Router which has been much more reliable.

This modem/router has very easy setup and works great! It is being used in an apartment and has perfect signal strength. Security setup is also a breeze. I am using it with XFinity.

More than 10 X the speed and connect ability than the one Xfinity was charging me $10 a month for. Easy to setup and make the switch.

disappointed that you can't do dual band simultaneously. Other than that, it seemed to work fine.

This modem/router combo works way better than the one I was leasing from the internet service provider. Its faster and has better range that covers my all the floors in my house.

The first time we bought this item, we had trouble connecting it with our internet provider. According to our internet provider, this router/modem was already taken by another owner. We couldn't believe it since it was brand new. We struggled for days and ended up returning it. We bought the same one and it has been working just fine.

Lost wifi from time to time in my room but comes back quick not sure ig its the router or from the company but this works great

This was the unit recommended by the internet provider, and it was a perfect fit right out of the box. No problems with setup; flawless operation. It's so good, you don't know it's there. Absolutely a Best Buy

No complaints, works well but getting the external HD setup on the USB port is a pain.

Old zoom gave out, replaced it with this new one, a little higher priced but I think a better device. Much simpler to install than my old one with a much simpler pamphlet.

For the price this wireless router is pretty good, has a lot of the features that higher end cable modems have for a decent price. With 4 Gigabit ethernet ports and 802.11n Mimo wirelss networking, and ability to use it as a NAS by connecting usb drives, this has some features that are usually higher priced in all in ones.

Easy set up although the first step tells you to put on the foot that covers the serial numbers you need later. Minor point.

Wasn't compatible with WOW cable. Setup was easy. Not sure how it works overall.

Like fact that the modem in the router or one piece making it much easier to hook up. Since switching from our separate modem and router we have lost a little bit of signal strength within our home. Love it because it was easy to install my only qualm is that the signal strength need to additional booster

Modem did everything I expected.....I was looking for something to replace the modem I had to rent from xfinity and this did it!

The only complaint with the product is I am unable to connect via plugging my land line phone up to the modem
