It is great. We love it. We finally have a frig with a working ice maker. I love the water pitcher feature. I forgot about that pitcher. It was nice surprise. I wanted the open feel frig. The freezer drawers feel updated. The it is so sharp looking with the insta door. I can’t stand the slightest smudge on it. The delivery guys were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. The transfer went smoothly. I made sure the old frig was emptied and ready to remove. What really helped was the delivery companies complete instructions so delivery goes smoothly. It was worth the wait.

It was exactly what I wanted. Very spacious and sleek. Love the filtered water pitcher with fruit infuser and easy access for beverages through the door. The price was well worth it!

So far so good, one month with this fridge and no complaints. Love the included filtered pitcher. Plenty of room for my spouse and I. My favorite feature is the show case door for drinks and condiments. I recommend!

I've been wanting to upgrade from whirlpool refrigerator for a while but I decided to pull the trigger on this one in conjunction with me moving. The size is great, which I was really looking forward to. I really enjoy lemon water, so having the auto fill water pitcher inside with the diffuser allows me to do that even easier. The lights inside are very bright. It definitely looks and feels a step up from the entry level French door refrigerators. Perfect addition for our new home

This was an open box item, and delivery was not as expected, but I get life happens; the second try install was great fridge worked for a few hours, then didn't. I went to the store to get it taken care of, and Mckay went out of his way to help me; he did go the extra mile. Samsung support, after a few tries, got the fridge going. fridge is awesome so far

I love the refrigerator. BUT, I had to have a plumber come in to hitch up the water. As of right now, my crushed ice does not work well at ALL! I can't get my autofill pitcher to work either. I'm waiting for my son to look at it. It should all be done when it is delivered as part of the service and it is not. You have to pay for an additional set up to install everything including the handles! Thank gawd my son was there to do that for me. Otherwise, I would not even have handles, shelves or anything on my fridge. I did pay for it originally, but I thought that was to hitch up the water. The delivery guys told my son to cancel the installers as it would be a waste of money as my son was doing everything the installers would have done 2 days later.

Have only had this for three weeks but it is an upgrade from the Whirlpool that died after only three years of use and a GE that started having water sitting in the deli area after 6 years. The water pitcher that auto fills is a nice option and the dispenser water is cold which was a big gripe about the last one. We do not use the extra door very often but organization layout is good. Overall it is a quiet unit which was a concern with an open floor plan home. Not as quiet as the GE but so much better than the Whirlpool it replaced. Hoping that the reliability is better Samsung. We will see.

The doors are kind of a pain. I love the fridge. We didn’t return it because I actually love it. Just make sure to measure the space you have available against the refrigerator with the doors open. It didn’t make a difference with the my side by side because the hinges were different.
