I finally decided to give Samsung and android a chance. I have been an Apple user since the iPhone 4. I have a few friends that own Samsung phones, and showed off the open and customizable system. Finally, I decided to try Samsung and was glad I did. The Galaxy S7 looks premium and it can do so many things my other phone couldn't. The screen is fantastic, and by playing around with the ultra power saving mode I am able to manage my battery life to last me a couple of days without charging. The water proof capability is so awesome.

Based on the reviews here at Best Buy I decided to purchase this refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 Verizon phone, knowing that Best Buy has a great return policy. As a lot of reviews will tell you, this is an awesome device with an amazing camera, respectable (though not as good as touted by some) battery life and the best screen in cell-phonedom. All purchased for about $250 less than retail and arriving in like new condition save for the box, which looks like it was dropped from a car driving on the freeway. Fortunately, the phone was in great condition and it came with an OEM fast charger. I love the headphone jack, the screen, the camera and Android in general. So happy with my choice,

The phone showed up in what appeared to be pristine condition. I have been using it for 2 months and the phone performs like it is new. I haven't seen any indications that it was used or had problems (e.g., battery problems, memory failures, etc.). I love the phone!

I was a little hesitant purchasing a refurbished cell phone but it's turned out to be a great phone. Came in perfect condition. I just wished they offered an option to purchase additional protection plan even on refurbished cell phones best buy sells. Haven't experienced any issues with this phone.

I've used plenty of different Android phones from a variety of manufacturers. With each iteration of the Galaxy S line, Samsung does a better job of producing a better smartphone. Touchwiz is actually usable, whereas a few years ago, it was slow and buggy. I love the water resistant functionality of this phone as it's already been exposed to water multiple times and it's still working fine.
