Pretty cheap setup
It's rather cheap, really basic - spray on liquid, spread it around manually. I think the product must be made in China because the directions said "place one or two drops on the DVD or CD" - it's a spray bottle, one or two drops are pretty hard to disburse. I sprayed twice and it was too much.
