I bought this for my nephew as a Christmas present. He loved playing around, making shapes, and messing up whatever I tried to make. My only nitpick would be the pieces are too thick, but that's it. They're kind of like if Lego made magnets.

These magnetic sets are a nice, if a little expensive, alternative to Legos if you're interested. The only problem with this brand is the pieces are a little bulky. They will last longer as a result, but it just doesn't feel as good.
