Wraps up a good sags
Posted .Iced Earth rocks. My ears are still ringing from last night's concert. This new cd, The Crucible of Man is part 2 of the Something Wicked Saga. I must say that I thought part 1 was excellent and vocalist Tim Owens was fantastic on it. But Owens is gone and the true voice of Iced Earth, Matt Barlow is back. Part 2 here is pretty good, but not quite as good as 1. Barlow's vocals are excellent but There aren't many really stand out songs. The album works best as a whole along with Framing Armageddon, which is what it is supposed to do anyway.
