A: Hello MammaSue. This Refrigerator is equipped with the TotalCoverage Cooling feature. This feature keeps shelves cold with multi-flow vents that direct fresh, chilled air throughout the refrigerator. The Freezer is also able to be set to its own temperature since it will be much colder than the Refrigerator section. We hope this helps.

Very sleek but I should’ve read the dimensions
Okay, so it’s my fault that this item was sleek but too skinny. Would not fit well in the custom cabinetry that I ordered, so I had to return. Very modern and nice-looking, however. Perfect for a condo or micro kitchen.

Whirlpool fail
Freezer does not freeze. I’ve maker doesn’t work. No exchanges available for over a month. Per Best Buy manager. Called service for whirlpool warranty one week later someone comes out, no parts. No Freon. So appt in 2-3 weeks for repairs.. if available. So frustrating!
