The agent installed my two sonance ceiling speakers to complete my surround sound 7.1 mid surround.geek squad ran wires in the ceiling down to the back of my dennon receiver and they hooked the wires up in to the correct speaker output for 7.1 surround sound.know I am set up for doing Dolby atmos.

Geek Squad added 4 ceiling speakers for the Dolby Atmos height channels. The technicians arrived promptly, measured everything precisely, and installed them without any major issues. Labeled the wires too so I could hook them up later. Happy with the quality and finished product

Installed ceiling mount speakers. Installers were very professional and courteous. The guys even calibrated the receiver to the speakers. Awesome job. I would have them install again.

My two B&W CCM663 Speaker Concealment was installed as surround speakers to enhance the crisp quality of sound in my Theater. What a difference this makes! Because of the quality sound B&W makes, I'm looking into installing additional center and possibly two more for Hi Fidelity sounds for music! My Speakers are difficult to locate due to the color as expected. The installer did a great job but it wasn't easy due to the construction material above the ceiling!

I was very pleased with the installation of my home theater protector screen, tv mount and Atmos speakers set up

Quick setup, but was really no more than plug and play. Did not conceal in wall, simply connected wire to receiver. They used to spend time walking through menus and adjusting settings for optimal performance but now just unpack, attach cables, and be sure there is power.

Excellent service by the two that came out and hooked up my surround sound. They hooked up my two rear speakers and I couldn’t be happier. No wires showing , sound set up is great. They were at my house for a couple of hours to get everything perfect.

When installing these 2 speakers they were very precise.

Originally included in purchase price, and they ran the wires. we had to wait for the drywall to be installed before we could connect the equipment. They charged us for that. Weird.

Juan from the .geek squad is a master at everything he does. TV, surround sound system, stereo assembly everything. He is totally knowledgeable and friendly and answered any questions I had. Terrific service!!

Matt and his helper Rex did a fantastic job of installing my Klipsch In-ceiling speakers. They were super efficient and provided a quality install. They protected all furniture and flooring during the install, cleaned and vacuumed all areas affected during the install. They tested the speakers and calibrated the surround sound. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns for the placement and operation of these speakers. Thanks again to Matt and Rex, they should be recognized for their superior service.

The agents installed two Klipsch Dolby Atmos speakers above my current surround sound speakers. Dustin and his partner were incredibly creative and thoughtful in engineering my specific speaker install requirements. They were precise in all measurements which minimized potential damage to drywall, cleaned up all drywall dust and debris, and calibrated the receiver and speaker system after the install to make it all worked correctly. True professionals and I would recommend them to anyone considering a concealed speaker package. Best Buy's price was actually cheap considering all of the work involved. Great job!

The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent. Respectful, helpful, and as far as I could tell did excellent work. Highly recommend!

Installation was smooth and easy. Although my ceilings were over 15 feet high, it was no problem for Best Buy Geek Squad. They installed (2) sets of speakers in both my master bedroom and living room area. My surround sound is now complete!

Very nice work of installing in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, but did not label all the wires.

The install team did a great job, they were professional in every aspect of the install. When they completed the job, they left our home without a trace of them being there, we couldn't ask for more.
