System was easy to get and easily installed. Had to search a little for the app on Google. My device is installed in an apartment building hallway with the sensitivity turned all the way up. I actually do not get that many alerts being that I turned notifications to standard. However, it is activated by the closing of doors and hard, loud walking. My Ring isn't hardwired and I've had it installed for about 3 days. Currently the battery power is at 77%. Most likely due to the sensitivity being turned all the way up. The picture is crisp and clear. The device is not ugly or obtrusive in my opinion. However I've noticed that people are intrigued by its appearance.

I had to utilize my extended waranty and it was smooth and satisfying transaction. Not only did I have my product replaced but it was cheaper then I originally purchased it for and they gave me the difference. Was very happy to walk out with brand new unit and twenty bucks. THANK YOU AND I LOVE YOU BEST BUY!!!!

I always get the protection plans on any of my purchases. Best Buy really took care of my product in the past when I needed to get it looked at. I especially get the protection plan on any of my expensive purchases because you never know when you will need it.

After having electronic products malfunction after the 30 Day window from the initial purchase, I would never buy an electronic device without the protection plan.

I havn't had to use this warranty yet, but it was priced good and I enjoy the piece of mind knowing my new dropcam is protected.

I love the protection and peace of mind backed by products that I purchase.

You just never know when something could happen and these are great to have in those moments.

Easy install, took only 15 mins. Now i can see who's at the door anywhere I am even if im not at home. Motion sensor only works if someones within 1 feet away so i did not give this 5 stars.

I haven't had to use this protection plan yet but it offers some peace of mind!

This will come in handy when I need to use it, worth the extra money!
