It's a good product in general, we used to own a previous version of the Dyson, one of the earlier models, and the suction force in that old model seemed to be more powerful than the recent design. We had some issues since day one with this vacuum, very difficult to turn, at the end some rubber in the wheels broke down causing the vacuum to loose all mobility, fortunately we had the Extended Warranty from the Geek department and we managed to smoothly make a replacement from another new vacuum with the same design, and this one does not seem to have the same issues of the ball rolling. I suggest buying this extended warranty for items of this nature.

Purchased just cause of the value of the vacuum. After using my Dyson I doubt I will ever need their services.
