It worked for my purposes. I just needed it for my son for his college classes. He was able to connect to the wifi at the school and use the laptop for his assignments in class. It was fast enough to boot up quickly in class and fast enough for him to keep up in class. It had enough memory to run the programs he needed and he didn't have any issues with it being refurbished. All in all, a good purchase.

Received my laptop today. I previously had a Samsung laptop that was on it's last leg. I decided to give this one a try. I am very pleased with it's performance as well as the condition I received it in. It is a C condition and looks awesome! I am happy to have a newer laptop to do my online activities as it is nice to have a laptop for a lot of things as well as college. I would advise anyone to order this laptop & give it a try. Fast delivery even with all the delays of today. Works as it should. One small blemish on top not a problem. Good for online school work

Basic PC for email and not much else. Lags, slow, is no longer supported and n=will no longer get updates(something that was NOT shared when I bought it). Very unhappy with this laptop. If your just using this for facebook and emails then its great. If your going to try to do more...... GET A DIFFERENT laptop.

We have been very pleased with this pre-owned Chromebook because of its price, and its ease of use. We would recommend purchasing pre-owned computers at Best Buy. This is our second one and we are pleased with both.

I bought this Chromebook for my child to mainly homeschool but also to play games together in their free time. It was okay for schooling but the way the pad is set up to click(on other laptops/chromebooks it's right or left) is weird and sort of off at the bottom or maybe ours is defected but after a week or two of being annoyed we got the hang of it. But the biggest gripe is, my daughter can not download any games/books and Google Play is like non existent because if she tries to download it goes on my phone because my Google Account is on the chromebook or it says it can't. My other child has another Chromebook(which was out of stock) and has no issues. So needless to say I'm not buying another of this brand because I still need to buy a tablet for games and books or anything downloaded. Overall, it got the most important part "school" completed so it made the purchase worth the money.

I needed a laptop for schoolwork and for personal use like watching netflix, so I was just trying to get a cheap one but with good quality. I read the reviews for this and some are good and some are bad so I didn't really know what to expect. This computer is amazing for anything you need to do from watching tv to completing your math homework. I highly recommend getting this laptop.

Worked perfectly for me and my schoolwork, just the right size and very lightweight.

Overall happy with my purchase. The only thing I had a problem with was my initial set up. I powered the computer on and it was set to be logged in using only a company email platform. Considering I purchased it for personal use, it was a little annoying. All I needed to do was google search a factory reset option which took care of it.

Purchased for my daughter & it did well when covid struck & online schooling became necessary. I'm not a chromebook fan but she loves it.

Seemed to work fine but the chrome book doesn’t support the lockdown respondus browser I’m required to use for school

I really didn’t know what to expect, I had only bought brand new in the past. I needed an extra laptop for work that wasn’t in the budget. It works great, meeting all our needs. After shopping online many times looking at what you offered, I am really glad I finally made the decision to purchase.

Great Chromebook at a great price, and great condition.

My first netbook was an Acer, but when I needed to replace it, I bought another brand. That was a big mistake. When I saw this great Acer Chromebook on a Best Buy, I knew I had to have it. It was a great value!!!

Purchased for my nephews to do their homework on and the absolutely love it and enjoy watching you tube videos. Great buy and I recommend for all beginners

My kid uses it for Netflix and reviewing basketball footage. Serves its purpose.
