Tech Leopold was very professional- gave advice and very thorough. Took months to be able to schedule but set up printer effortlessly, as well as checking virus protection- acquired card for future use- hope it won’t take months.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Scott from GeekSquad. He called 40 minutes ahead, arrived on time at the front gate, and followed directions up to the back yard/door. Scott immediately got to work hooking up our printer to 2 computers in separate rooms. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time, and was personable and professional in answering any questions we (both novices) had about our machines.

The geek squad individuals are awesome. You set up both of my printers which had sat in boxes for months. I was intimidated. But the gentleman was kind and explained everything to me. I feel confident in using my printers.

I asked for my laptops to be synchronized and to also set my printer to copy and scan from each. when the tech got there he said I did not use the right words for what I wanted done. I had paid something like $300 +- for the service and he said I would have to pay more. he did not charge me more and proceeded to do what I wanted. took less than an hour. this was after I told him I was not the expert he was. just sync the laptops just like me phone is sync'd . If I knew how to do it I would not need him. the point being just like I do in my business, ask the customer if they understand and help them by interpreting their needs to make sure they get what is needed. simple customer service stuff.

It was offered at a discounted price with my Geek Squad subscription but I was able to get it all hooked up to my printer with no issues so I cancelled the visit.

Wonderful agent setup a new computer and monitor. There was a problem with monitor and I couldn't have done it myself . She fixed this and installed virus protection and a new printer. It now all works perfectly! So happy with her service!
