Two agents replaced two of my outdoor security cameras for home. They were professional and quick.

Great install for smart tv perfect fit for on the wall.

They were quick and knowledgeable about the products and how they work.. I like how they were punctual but we did have an issue with the carema doorbell set up.

I paid $300 to have 4 cameras installed and they were never installed. I have not received a refund either. BB forgot to send over the home base with the “Geek Squad” so the “Geek Squad” refused to install the cameras because they all connect to the home base. I called BB. The home base is back ordered and the “Geek Squad” is just a third party contractor. They told me to contact the third party contractor myself to resolve the matter. BB has not sent the home base and has not refunded me for the install.

The product is very small and on picture it looked larger. Also I have schedule two appointments to have my cameras installed. 1st appointment Geek Squad guy stated that he only puts up wireless camera and do not put up cameras that are wired???? 2nd appointment a third party was suppose to come back and finish what they started in the beginning. I called third party and he said he only do South Carolina installation on Wednesday and said I was not on his schedule, but GeekSquad customer service said I was still on his schedule for February 23, 2022 between 12:00pm to 8:00pm. I had a no show and I have taken off work twice for no reason. I hope my work get completed on third appointment which is April 12, between 7am-11am. In my opinion, I am giving the run around!

They kept me up to date on their arrival very courteous when he arrived and was very efficient and knowledgeable about the product helped me get it up and connected without issues I would defiantly have them service my home again

First I would like to complement the fellow on his manner and integrity. I appreciate the fact that I am able to transfer pictures from my HP printer that I purchased at Best Buy in Pt Charlotte Fl to my surface pro also another Best Buy product. They all are great and the camera gives me great pleasure.

The agent arrived at a reasonable time of the day and was able to install the devices we ordered quickly and with minimal/no mess. The angle of the camera was as-requested. Cant expect a lot of video quality from how wide the view is, but it certainly covers the desired area.

A great technician very knowledgeable Can you help me understand the cameras the doorbell rang and how the router is working and the sub router and I also have an echo mini and he explained that as well he was very patient and took time to explain things to me and was also very apologetic for the salesman giving me bad information He was great

The agents were on time and very professional. They installed both cameras, made sure they were hooked up to Wi-Fi and working. Very thorough in explaining how to adjust the field for each camera and recharging the batteries.

I didn't have The Geek Squad install my cameras. A little disappointed that a third party did the installation but the person did a great job.

The technicians installed and mounted my spotcam. They went above and beyond to help with the placement for maximum coverage, operating properly, and understanding the features.

Geek Squad is very knowledgeable and nice to work with. They can explain what is needed later and offers to provide continued support. They answered many of my questions and never acted like I was bothering them. I thank them for their awesome service.
