Comfy, but defective and no way to return!

Nice chair, but is only a month old and has a crazy popping noise in the seat. People sitting in it are no where near 400 lbs either! Not returnable at Best Buy anymore. Hoping there is a good warranty. Sad that Best Buy only gives you a 15 day return when item is defective~

This is a great chair and easily put together. Had a problem with the lift bar, Flash Furniture sent a replacement and the end of the problem.
