While I agree with others that the chair does have good back support, it feels like this thing is overly flimsy and going to fall apart. The assembly was straightforward, but I cannot justify keeping this for the price, given it creeks every time you sit down. Giving this two stars simply because the back support on this chair is much better than most at this price point.

Great for the back and posture

Everything it was advertised to be. Well-engineered and designed. Wheels could use locks. I have used it for long enough to find that the back is one of the best benefits. The lumbar support is strongly defined and could be uncomfortable but for its built-in flexibility. Between the two the results are increased back comfort and posture. I'm not raving about it because it is just a chair, but the wrong chair can easily cause a rant.

Had this for a year. The lift has remained intact but it may be giving out soon. Noticed it has gotten a bit more bouncy. I'm 210lbs w/ the 300lb rating. Very happy with the quality and ergo on a chair this price.

I love the chair!!! No other store had a nice-looking chair that could go higher end lower than the standard. The installer was on time and fast. I love the Best Buy membership rewards.

Be careful when attaching the seat, I inadvertently put the seat on backwards.I wasn't happy with how the chair felt sitting on it.But after looking at the pics of the chair, especially the top view I saw my mistake.Now, I must say it's very comfortable and great back support
