I am very disappointed as a long time Best Buy customer. I purchased this remote to replace a bad remote. Best Buy Online it looks exactly like mine. When it arrived 2weeks later,it is different model and silver not black. I went to return it the day after I received it and they said it had been to long and they won’t help me return it at the store. How is it my fault it took 2 weeks in the mail. Best Buy support after the sale has changed a lot in the last year. I will work on a different solution.
