Recommended. The newer Android phones require a charger with at least 45 watts of power to accomplish a fast charge. Our existing car charger was rated at perhaps 25 watts and could barely keep up on a road trip. This charger fits the bill neatly: 1. It has the power to fast charge a new phone in less than 45 minutes 2. It is compatible with the charging protocol Samsung uses. It features two USB-C ports and a single USB-A legacy port for older devices.

I recommend this. It has a little light on it so you can see in the dark but remember to always unplug it so it doesn’t drain your battery just in case.
