A: Yes it will work! Through WiFi of course. Before I put cellular data on my device I solely used WiFi before the data plan
Q: Can the ipad air be used for navigation while flying or do you need another accessory hook up ?
A: I believe you must have cellular and access to internet to be able to use those capabilities.

Great iPad!!!
I upgraded from the non-cellular to this ipad so i can use it on the go. I still yet have to get a sim card for it though. I didnt really think it through not realizing i would have to connect it to my phone plan to use a sim card on it. I was able to switch my phone sim card to it and use it for a bit but i thought id at least be able to get phone calls and/or text messages (not just iMessage). I was hoping to use it to recieve text messages from non-Apple users but i was totally wrong. However, i am still happy to use it on the go to do research as i need to.

Loved this product !
Absolutely loved this iPad ! I can add it to my att plan for $10 a month so worth it ! Plus I got approved for a credit card at Best Buy for 0% interest as long as it’s paid off within a year . The iPad graphics are amazing and it’s almost like a mini laptop . I take it everywhere with me and it’s very light not too heavy . I am in love with the quality and the sound of this iPad. Very slim design even with the case on it !

Ipad kid fr
I love my new ipad, i can play loads of game and the screen is perfect for my school work. I also love the feature where i can view two apps at once!!
