Great product works very well, and it does come with a keyboard and mouse!

We just ordered this mac for my boyfriend to make music. It comes with the computer but not the apple key board or mouse. They put these plastic wired keyboard and mouse instead which was disappointing. Some of the keys don’t work either.

I love it ! Works perfectly fine. Was able to update to Big Sur 11.7.2 so far. Bought it to start a small business from home without having to spend too much since we are just starting . Comes with a new generic keyboard and mouse it’s pretty cool.

Purchased this for my wife so she could use for meetings and her business use, With the specs on this it should be equipped to easily handle those but NOPE slower then a snail. I have a 2011 which I did put a solid state drive in that smokes this thing with older processor and equal memory. Not sure why this unit is as slow as it is but would not recommend this one for much of an anything. Might try a few upgrades but wow I really expect more out of this newer machine or I would have just bought a used on off Facebook, which I might still do that and just right this one off.

For the mony that i pay for this computer is worth it

old operating system that cannot be updated is the reason for the 1 star review. It cannot even get updated to the Big Sur OS, much less the Monterey OS. I am surprised Best Buy would sell this at all.

I have had this computer for two years in my business and it is used daily. It has been great and we have had zero issues out of it. 10/10 recommend!

Complete waste of time purchasing a Refurbished iMac. Super slow, really buggy, and didn’t sync across iCloud. Not worth it

As another customer mentioned, it wont update. Thankfulky, BB took it back (hence the two stars; otherwise, it would be one … and an expensive trip to the e-recycling dump).
