Great refurbished product
My husband wanted an iMac for personal use. We found this refurbished model and thought we would give it a try. It arrived in like new condition and works great! We saved a significant amount of money and have a product that is like new.

Sad story
The Geek Squad doesn't communicate with Best Buy. All I wanted was an imac with garageband and imovie and they couldn't do it even though they said they could.
