A: No. You have to purchase the pencil
A: An iPad is a product made by Apple. If you currently have wifi, then you don’t need to buy anything extra, and there is no fee. It isn’t considered to be a computer as there are no USB ports, and storage is limited, that’s why it’s called a tablet. A Kindle Fire has an Android operating system. I know my answer is old now, but I hope it helps someone!!
