Q: Can this be used with the 13 in. mac pro?
A: Yes, it actually can be used on ANY Macbook laptop, regardless of Air/Pro or otherwise so long as it has a USB-C port. Even though it's rated for 96W, that's only it's maximum. It can charge any device up to that wattage. I use it for my iPad Air 4 as well.
Q: Does the charger come with the charging cable?
A: No, it does not come with the charging cable.
Q: Does the apple 96W USB-C power adapter come with an AC Cord?
A: It does NOT come with the USB-C to USB-C cord. You can purchase the cord separately.
A: By the 96w as it will only Charger your computer faster. It will not overcharge also. The 61w will charge but at a much slower rate.
Q: Is it apple genuine or is it a generic one?
A: Yes!!!
Q: Can you remove the plug and swap with a plug-in cord?
A: If you are referring to the Apple power adapter the answer is yes. You can do this for the adapter for the laptop as well as for the power adapter for the iPad.

A: It works flawlessly with my iPad.
