I love this iMac, I bought it for two reasons. 1: I needed a big high resolution display for doing excel work. 2: I needed something that could natively run Windows, which you can do for bootcamp. This computer does both of those things flawlessly as well as having a good gpu and cpu. My main problem is that it is a bit slow compared to the newer iMacs in general responsiveness but it does its job and it does it well.

The computer is all I expected. But, I spent hours on the phone with Apple, attempting to update the operating system. It would appear you may have had this iMac for about two years. Or, the prior owner simply never updated their operating system.

The computer came ahead of schedule is in good working order. It could have wiped down a bit more before being sent out but I can live with it. No scratches or blemishes. Transaction was easy and reliable. Best Buy has been my go to for new and used devices.

excellent iMac and easy setup! needed a software update, but otherwise, working great. I didn't like the keyboard and wired mouse that came with it, so I got an apple keyboard and mouse so it was wireless/bluetooth

My computer was damaged . Scratches on screen and base . This is my first refurbished computer and I think it's gonna be the last. I exchanged it and I supposed to get another one today so if it's damaged it I'm returning it. I think I should have purchased my refurbished from the Apple Store. I would do it updated one on my computer that's coming today.. I love the size of the screen and most of the customer service reps I spoke with, were very knowledgeable and professional.

I was sent a Mac that had gashes and dents all in its screen and was never told anywhere on the listing that it would have those. Then I tried to call and fix it and no one had an answer other than send it back

The computer came very protected, keyboard and mouse are 3rd party but are very good. however the complaint that I have is that it did not come with the main plug that powers the I mac itself, good thing I had an old one my sister gave me if not i would have been screwed.

Good product. Made a huge cost saving decision. In addition I love the 27 inch which fit some reason was discontinued

I ordered the refurbish model, and when I got it, I see this screen almost been cracked, and it has numerous small pin holes on the screen as if somebody did not handle the screen well and whoever returned it, abused the unit pretty well, I'm surprised noone cares for it , you can tell by some people comments here as well,, and there is no quality control, and its Best Buy fault for not making sure Customer products are up to the standards of Apple and Best Buy standards, it's a waste of time.
