I bought an iPad from Best Buy thinking it was from Best Buy. Wrong. A company called jemjem. If something goes wrong with it. Can’t bring it to the store. Jemjem only. I spoke with an agent befor purchasing. Never mentioned it was coming from another company

I had to return the iPad twice because of they were defective. I’m still waiting on my replacement since beginning of February 2026.

Nice deal for a great working iPad. The only downside is that some apps and games may not be compatible with this older model. I do wish it had come with a full charger set and a longer USB cord, as the battery isn't that long-lasting. It will definitely have to be charged overnight if used often during the day.

Didn't want to spend a ton of money on a brand new iPad for our 10 year old son, so decided to look into refurbished. It's been really great so far and no complaints from him. No instances of it not working as it should or any other issues you might be concerned about from a refurb. He uses it for games and streaming and texting family from his iCloud account. Really easy to set up parental controls and screen time limits with phone.

I got this delivered very fast. It’s in great condition and works great very impressed. I was skeptical about buying refurbished but it’s great.

I am extremely please w/ my 7th generation iPad purchase. I have purchased multiple refurbished Apple products from Best Buy and have been delighted each and every time. Set up was a breeze and the 128G of storage are a must for me as I homeschool our son and manage my side hustles all w/ the same device! Don't shrug off refurbished devices...they have plenty of life in them and are that you need for the vast majority of everyday life functions.

Not a bad purchase for the price point. The iPad did have a blotch in the screens when it arrived like something was laid on the screen. The device works perfectly fine thus far.

I had been debating for awhile about purchasing an iPad to utilize for designing graphics but they are so expensive. However this certified refurbished iPad has been an excellent alternative to the more costly versions.

It looks good and works ok when I use a different charger then it came with for the most part sometimes it doesn't hold a charge long so I am not sure what I am going to do with it
