A: These subscriptions are included with the iPad purchase. You would have to activate them using that email offer on the iPad for the free trial period to start, then get charged after the trial subscription ends if you don't cancel. If you don't activate, nothing happens.

A: You actually have two different questions here. If you want to know how much storage your iPad has simply go into the settings (that’s the little grey wheel icon on the front of your iPad) the click on General and you will see where it says iPad Storage. That will show you how much storage your device has. It even has pretty color graphics to help you. Second, how much iCloud storage do you think you get for free? Yep, not very much. Oh, and the will email you and if you have an iPhone they will even text you to say “Your iCloud storage is full, you need to upgrade now and spend more money monthly to get more storage”. Yea, just don’t.

Q: I ordered a replace iPhone which is being shipped to me. Included is a free icloud subscription. How do I redeem and access the free subscription. When I turn on icloud and try to back up my phone it says I do not have enough storage.

A: I was just trying to figure this out as well. It looks like it should appear in your digital library in your bestbuy.com account. It doesn’t show mine there yet but says it can take up to 4 hours to appear after the order is processed and you should get an email with the link once it has been processed. Not sure if you already figured it out or not but thought I would help since no one had answered this yet.
