I purchased the refurbished iPad Pro 11" M4 model. This product works like expected, with fast performing speeds and deep color on the screen. The device overall was in fair condition; however, it did have some scratches on the screen. Please keep this in mind if this is a concern for you. I like the overall size, it is the perfect mix of portable, but big enough to do all tasks I need. It is also lightweight and easy to carry around or travel with, without weighing me down. I use the apple pencil pro with the iPad and it pairs flawlessly. It takes a little bit to get used to, but once you get it, I really appreciate the additional features it offers and look forward to more apps connecting to it down the road. I don't have much to share on the battery life, because I normally like to see how it is over an extended period of time, but so far, it has been lasting 8-10 hours when fully charged depending on what I'm doing. Note: I put a screen protector on to help protect the screen, and thankfully it helps cover some of the scratches.

This would have been perfect if they cleaned the device before giving it to me and replaced the screen as there’s pretty deep scratches all over it that effects the image quality on light scenes. The battery seems very close to new with 100% max capacity. The device was packaged very easy to notice in its box. In shipping to my house it got stolen and i got a replacement to pick up in store. Which I would recommend doing.

I upgraded from an older iPad Pro 11" and wow is this thing fast! I use video editing tools and so this is a fantastic upgrade. I added a paper screen protector for use with the Pencil and also am using the Magic Keyboard. All sold separately of course... Overall excellent upgrade for me!

I bought this for my wife as a replacement for a VERY OLD iPad she had that just didn't have the space or performance it once had (PLUS the battery was marginal on the old one.) She is VERY pleased with the replacement, since the speed and quality of the images and cameras are amazing. I'm also very pleased that I was able to get this as a discount for being refurbished (and making my wife HAPPY.)

Perefect without scratches! There is a few slight small scartches but 100% battery life.

Combining this with the Magic Keyboard is finally a true laptop experience on an iPad. Go for the M4 over the M5 and save some money and still get elite performance!

The tablet came out looking great and literally brand-new with no visible scratches. It works fast and the thinness is another huge plus. It is much lighter than my previous M2 iPad.

Nearly brand new, small micro scratch on screen but not very noticable.

My daughter loves this ipad. No issues. Works great and im glad I decided to purchase this ipad. I also purchased a apple pencil to go with the ipad and the pencil can be magnetized to the ipad and it charges. That is an awesome feature.
