When it arrived I thought it was completely brand new, insane quality for the price with no visible damage!

I am really impressed with this laptop for many reasons, the battery life is great even in sleep mode and it is very fast. The screen is very clear and bright and amazing picture quality. I love this geek squad renewed laptop.

It was very easy to migrate my old MacBook to this newer model. The refurbished laptop is basically like new, so I'm very pleased with the value. Exceptional speed and display as I've come to expect from Apple products. The folks at Best Buy were very easy to interface with.

Product came working fine, but quite dirty. It included sticker residue on the laptop, and clearly the device wasn't cleaned. The charger also shows significant wear, more than I'd expect for a refurbished device.
