The unit is a very powerful computer and the processor is extremely fast. However for an item that is refurbished by geek squad, the physical condition was very poor. It had deep dents and scratches.

Never buy Geek Squad Refurb

I was sent a laptop that looked like the one I had purchased but the specs were M2 Pro/ 16GB RAM/ 500GB HD. If I had not looked at the specs, I would have lost over $1,000 on cost.
