wrong item sent out, wasted time and gas money

Ordered M3 Max 48GB / 1TB. Received M3 pro 36GB / 500GB instead. Completely different configuration than advertised. Could not return it in store, the laptop did not match the specs. The tech that inspected the computer did a terrible job by scratching the written down specs, writing something ineligible on the sticky notes. Returned the same day I got it.

Scratches and Bumps

Received the laptop on time, but too many scratches and 2 big bumps at the bottom of the laptop as well, since I love to Apple products, I requested for additional credits to keep this laptop, BB not even willing to talk about that, Hence I needed to return it

Description said excellent like new condition. Computer had several dings in it including one that slightly affected its closure. Looked like it had been dropped. Returned same day it was delivered.

Very happy as always with my latest MacBook Pro purchase. MacBooks always meet my computing needs for at least several years.
