Great product! If it wasn't refurbished, I would say this Macbook is NEW!! BestBuy did not disappoint. Nice size and great speed! I added my colorful Apple sticker for some razzle dazzle!

The product description for this refurbished product clearly states I would receive an USB-C to Magsafe 3 cable but what got sent instead was Best Buy‘s cheap brand of USB-C cable. Should be fraud.

I couldn’t be happier with my refurbished MacBook Pro 16”! It looks and runs like brand new — super sleek in Space Black and unbelievably fast with the M3 Pro chip. The 18-core GPU and 18 GB RAM handle everything from multitasking to video editing with zero lag. Battery life is amazing, the screen is stunning, and it stays whisper-quiet even under pressure. Truly Apple quality at a smarter price — a perfect mix of performance and value!

Yes, it's not a new M5. But I don't code or video edit, so the M3 was fine for my heavy spreadsheet and acrobat editing. It did not come with it's original packaging and the cord they shipped was terrible, but small price to pay for $400 off a basically new laptop with 8 battery cycles. No physical damage at all and has been performing flawlessly for months. It IS heavy, so an Air or a smaller screen might be better for some people, but since I travel for work, it's nice to be able to watch a movie or work on a big screen with decent speakers. At home it plugs right into a dock and allows me to work on three monitors and casts to every TV in the house with no lag, even the TV's 50 feet away in other rooms. I do wish it had more memory, but I picked up a 500gb SD card for $80 and it works with a lag time barely noticeable vs the internal drive. I know I probably got lucky, but I am glad I got to have one of Apple's premier products at an affordable price.

The laptop works great, but i did get refurbished. So there is a small dent on the laptop, and the charging cable. Wich leads me to believe, this was damaged, and they probably just made sure it works, then sold it at a discount, saying refurbished. That is an opinion, not a fact, but i believe it has not been refurbished at all. As i said though, everything on it so far works great.

Minor blemish on outside. Set up was easy and quick. Very fast computer and smooth trackpad and keyboard. Apple refurbished is awesome so far and saved $800 from brand new.

This thing is amazing. Not a scratch on it.... The Battery only had a few cycles on it and overall I can't be happier. I got a basically brand New macbook pro for $1599. Glad I took the chance!

MacBook Pros are the best laptops on the market. This thing is incredibly powerful. I can run multiple programs, and the computer never lags!!

Works almost like new, it only has a little issue with the touch sensor but it’s only sometimes not alway.

I’m absolutely thrilled about this machine! It’s practically brand new (only 19 cycles) and in perfect condition. I did a lot of research, and this was the best price I found for these specs. The Apple warranty lasts for another two months, which is nice.

The computer might’ve been good but I won’t know. The wrong machine was sent to me with a 250 gig hard drive versus a 512. Had to return it to a local store and get my money back.

Did not work, Best Buy employee told me refurbished is when the computer is wiped because it had something wrong with it. I thought it just meant it was used and then certified by the Apple geek squad, but apparently not. He took it back without question and refunded me. The first time I used it, my hot spot showed up and I was able to get online. However every time after that my hot spot would not register. Yes, I know how to use a hotspot, I use it all the time on different devices. So I’m just glad this happened in the return window or I would’ve been out $2,000. I would much sooner buy an open box item than a refurbished ever again.

Great deal, runs wicked fast, and smooth, I highly recommend one, just as good as brand new.

i am just worried about the battery but luckily i have the apple care.
