Keyboard arrived with original packaging and couldn't even tell it was used before. Super happy with this refurb. Keyboard really elevates the Ipad and makes it so much easier to use. I love the way it attaches because I can use it on my check as I lay down.

When “Certified” becomes “Certifiable”. Best Buy must be going crazy! Allowing a third party retailer to sell used products that if tested even once would have been deemed defective. Nope, just send it and let it be someone else’s problem! The Magic Keyboard for the iPad 13inch had me thinking I ordered the wrong one. Try I did but the iPad would not stay put but instead be cocked to the side like every picture frame in my home! I took it to the nearest Best Buy 30 minutes away and they inform me in so many words that Geek Squad doesn’t mean anything and “Certified” means even less. Best Buy is just a yellow and blue branded eBay! The manager made it right so the actual store made good but that third party fly by night fraud made off with the money! What a Joke! Last time I ever buy anything refurbished from Best Buy! Only reason I recommend the product is because when it works, it works great.

Product worked fine for the first two months but then all of a sudden died. I saw my product was still under warranty and decided to take it in but the geek squad employees were unable to help due to being unable to read and pull up a serial number. The product shipped in a box with just the product and no serial number so now I am under warranty but cannot get help as no assistance can be provided because no one can read the serial number. Horrible support from best buy and apple if purchasing this product.
